Founder Dr. Kendra Hill grew up watching her mother care for others — both as a foster parent and as a nurse’s aide providing in-home support to elderly individuals and patients with functional impairments. From an early age, Dr. Kendra learned that true care is rooted in presence, dignity, and showing up for people during vulnerable moments.
That foundation shaped her path into medicine.
Throughout her medical career, Dr. Kendra has worked across multiple levels of care — including inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals. Time and again, she witnessed the same moment of fear and uncertainty families face when a loved one transitions home:

Dr. Kendra Hill
Dr. Kendra is a board-eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with experience across inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term acute care settings. She completed her residency at The Ohio State University, where she also served as Chief Resident and Chief Clinical Resident.
Known for her calm, thoughtful presence, she brings clarity to complex situations and helps Columbus families feel confident navigating care decisions at home.
